These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you, the user, and the Fateh Financial Services Pty Ltd ("we", "our", "us") when you use our mobile application"WalletWatch"("the App"). By accessing or using our Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which govern your use of the WalletWatch App and any related services provided by us. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Application.
1. User Account and Registration
To use WalletWatch, you are required to create an account. Users must sign in using their Google account. During this process, we collect your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account to personalize your experience within the Application and to communicate with you.
2. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a user of WalletWatch, you agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Data Ownership and Usage
3.1 Data Ownership and Control
Users maintain full ownership of the data they enter into the Application, including receipt entries, and any associated attachments. This data is stored securely in our cloud storage. Any attachment you upload to WalletWatch is stored in an encrypted format, ensuring that only you can access and read it when logged into the App.
3.2 Data Storage and Backup
WalletWatch uses cloud storage to store your data and attachments. All attachments stored in our cloud are encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods. Users can also manage their data by deleting their account, which will remove all personal information and stored data from our servers.
4. Content Ownership and Usage
All content and materials available through WalletWatch, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of WalletWatch or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Subscription and Payments
WalletWatch offers both free and Pro plans. Pro plan provides additional features to the user. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to the applicable terms, fees, and payment schedules.
Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. Users will be charged on the renewal date unless the subscription is canceled. To avoid further charges, users must cancel their subscription through the Play Store.
Canceling Subscription: To cancel a subscription and avoid any further charges, users need to cancel directly via the Play Store. The app includes a "Manage Subscription" option on the settings page, which redirects users to the respective store page where they can easily manage or cancel their subscription.
Important Notice: Subscriptions are managed by the respective app store (Google Play). Users should ensure they cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the due date to avoid automatic charges, as per the terms of the Google Play policy.
6. Fair Usage
WalletWatch is designed for reasonable personal use. We reserve the right to enforce fair usage limits to ensure the quality and performance of the Application for all users. The following fair usage terms apply:
Storage Limits: Users are not allowed to store more than 1,000 receipts or invoices within the Application. Exceeding this limit is considered misuse of the service.
Misuse and Abuse: Any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Application, or its components, may result in account suspension or termination.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Application if we believe you are violating the fair usage terms. This may include, but is not limited to, storing an excessive number of receipts, engaging in automated or bulk uploads, or any other behavior that we deem to be abusive or harmful to the Application.
7. Updates and Maintenance
7.1 Ongoing Improvements
We are committed to continually enhancing the Application. New features and improvements may be introduced as needed to improve functionality and user experience.
7.2 Maintenance and Support
We strive to provide timely support and resolve any issues that may arise. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.
8. Liability and Warranty
8.1 No Warranties Provided
The Application is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WalletWatch, its affiliates, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application. Our liability in any dispute or case is limited to the amount the user has spent on subscribing to Pro plan in the past 6 months.

Should you have any concerns or disputes related to the Application, we encourage you to contact us via email. We aim to resolve any issues amicably and promptly.
10. Modification of Terms
These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time. We reserve the right to make these changes without prior notice. Users will be notified of significant changes to the Terms via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Application if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, including the Fair Usage terms. Termination will result in the immediate cessation of access to the Application and its services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

WalletWatch is committed to protecting your privacy. We use third-party services to enhance our App, including:
Firebase: For analytics, crash reporting, and cloud messaging.Firebase's Privacy Policy.
